CB Extract is simple to run and provides reports on seemingly any combination or selection of data you require.

I particularly like the graphical reports showing at a glance how my best affiliate programs rank and being able to toggle to actual figures for profits and units sold.

An excellent tool - it would really be impossible to extract these figures manually.

If you are a ClickBank Merchant or an Affiliate, you would know how easy it is to integrate the links into your site and start accepting payments. All you need to do is check the stats from time to time to see how well your promotions are doing. But the hard part is checking and analyzing the stats. Recently I found a really cool tool which tackles this tedious task and gives you all the info you need in just a few minutes. CB Extract (which stands for ClickBank Extract) lets you download your stats on to your computer and create detailed reports on every possible aspect of it. You can get a list of all the sales made by you, or all sales made by a particular affiliate. You can generate a customer's email list for follow-ups. You can also get graphical charts of the sales frequency, sales made by affiliates, geographical distribution and so on. You can also create customized reports according to your own specifications. The best part of the software is that all this analysis can be done offline. Once you download the data from ClickBank, you can just log off from the Internet and create as many reports as you want. The only time you do need to log on is when you want to check if there are any new sales in your ClickBank Account.

It's also a great tool for affiliates who are using ClickBank links. In just a click of a button, you can find out the consolidated commissions earned from each merchant. When you click on the merchant name, it gives you a detailed breakdown of each sale including the commission earned, details of the customer, the time of purchase and so on. This is very essential because you can easily find out which products are giving you the maximum profits so that you can promote them more. And you can also find out which products that are not giving you returns so you can either tweak your promotion or remove the affiliate links from your site.
